To create a modern, elegant website for a development company featuring a minimalist design, high-quality photos, and a prominent Call to Action (CTA) to encourage homebuyers, foreign buyers, and real estate agents to provide their details for pre-sale condominium homes.

Designing a website that convey a wide array of information to diverse audiences. The sit must organize intricate details in a way feel logical, engaging and easy to access key information.

Research & Plan
For the new marketing website, I started by conducting a thorough analysis and Zoom meeting of Tisdall Living's marketing team's needs and potential competitors. During the process, we also reviewed the website's design elements, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and values.

Accessibility & Visual Appeal
One of the main challenges was to present essential details—such as the floor plan, amenities, and pricing—in a way that is both visually appealing and easy to navigate, without overwhelming users with too much information.

Clarity & Luxury
To address this, I have prioritize content hierarchy and create intuitive navigation to ensure users can scannable to find key information, as well as carefully selected high-quality images to showcase the highlights of the pre-sale condo.
We achieved a balance between a luxury tone and functional clarity across all screen size.

Designing this project was an incredibly collaborative and rewarding experience. Working closely with the client's marketing team was particularly engaging due to their early and ongoing input, requests, and suggestions. This collaboration allowed me to blend creative ideas with functionality to craft a modern, flexible website tailored to the needs of real estate marketing. As a result, the website not only met the client’s business goals but also contributed to increased sales and overall satisfaction.
